In 2007 Chem-Dry of Franklin and Chem-Dry of Brentwood along with Chem-Dry of Bluff City in Memphis were purchased by Allen Cain with the plan of going into semi-retirement after a career as an engineer and manufacturing executive. The company has been expanded to include Maury County and Chem-Dry of De Soto County in northern Mississippi and Mr. B's Chem-Dry servicing Nashville, TN. We compete with seven other Chem-Dry Franchises in the greater Nashville market.
We have received Chem-Dry’s prestigious President’s Award and Circle of Excellence Award each year of operation since 2008. In 2010, we committed to using the latest technology available in the industry to achieve over 90% soil removal gaining the Carpet and Rug Institutes highest rating of Platinum.
